4 tbsp. h o ney

 

 

Mix together.   Refrigerate until ready to serve.

1 1/2 to 2 lb. deboned, skinned chicken breasts, cut into pieces

2 tbsp. oil

1 pkg. broccoli, flowerets or cut

broccoli

1 c. chicken broth

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

1 2/3 c. Minute rice

 

 

Brown the chicken in the oil until coo k ed, about 5 minutes.   Add the broth, broccoli and soup and bring to a boil.   Stir in rice, co v er and remove from heat.   Let stand 5 m i nutes.   Top with Parmesan cheese, if de s ired.   Makes 4
