1/2 c. salad dressing

2 tbsp. Dijon musta r d

1 tbsp. honey

 

 

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 lb.)

 

 

Mix salad dressing, musta r d a nd honey.   Place ch i c k en b r easts on grill or rack

of broiler pan; brush with half of dressing mixture.   Grill or broil 8 minutes; turn brush with remaining dressing.   Continue grilling or broiling 8-10 minutes longer or u ntil tende r .

CHICKEN FINGERS

 

 

 

 

 

5 lb. boneless chicken breasts

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

3 tsp. minced onion

3 tsp. dry or regular mustard

2 c. dry b r ead crumbs

2 c. sesame seeds

 

 

Combine m a yonnaise, onion, and musta r d.   Cut chicken into fin g er-sized pieces.   R o ll ch i cken i n mixture.   Combine b read crumbs and sesame seeds. Roll chicken in dry mixture.   Place on c ookie sheet, drizzle with oil and bake

15-20 minutes at 400 degrees.   Serve plain or with honey dip. --HONEY DIP:--
