1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice

2 c. water

1/2 c. chopped green pepper

2 cans cream of mushroom so u p

1 soup can milk

Salt and pepper to t aste

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperi d ge Farm stuffing mix

2 sticks butter



Fill bottom of 9x13 inch pan wi t h cooked chicken.   Cook rice in 2 cups water and mix with chicken.   Add green pepper, soup, milk, s alt and pepper.   Mix. Melt butter and mix with stuff i ng.   Sprin k le on top o f casserole.   Bake at

350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.   Cover pan with foil before baking.

8 med. skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lb.)

2 c. fresh mushrooms, halved

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp. dry sherry

1/2 tsp. tarragon, crushed

1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

1 (14 1/2 oz.) can ch i cken broth

1/4 c. sour cream

Hot cooked spinach or egg noodles

Quartered fresh l e m on slices


1/3 c. flour
