1 (10 oz.) pkg. Virgo yellow rice

3 c. boiling water

1 stick margarine or butter, soft Chicken legs, thighs or breast Minced or diced onions to taste




Preheat oven to 350 degrees.   Grease obl o ng dish.   Mix rice a nd margar i ne or butter.   Spread on bottom of g reased d i sh.   Add boiling water on top, then

lay chicken parts on top.   Cover dish w i th foil and bake 1 hour.   Uncover and sprinkle w i th paprika (optional) and brown for additional 20 minutes.                                       If y ou want, you can use 2 cups water " p lus" one can of chicken broth.

1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

1 can cre a m of ce l e r y soup

1 soup can of water

1 tsp. parsley

Dash of curry powder

4-6 chicken breasts, boned and skinned

1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.   Grease 9 x 13 inch b a king dish.   Mix first 6

ingredients; pour into baking dish.   Lay chicken bre a st on top.   Sprinkle s oup mix over chicken.   Cover tightly with foi l .   Bake 2 1/2 hours.   Don't peek until

2 1/2 hours done.   Let stand 15-30 minutes before s erving.
