3 c. cooked, diced chicken

1 (8 oz.) b a g noodles

1 sm. can mushrooms

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 (16 oz.) sour cream

8 oz. Swi s s chee s e

 

 

Cook and drain noodles.   Combine all i n gredients except Swiss cheese.   Place

in 9 x 13 inch pan; top with Swi s s chee s e.   Bake at 350 degrees for 45

minutes.

MAXINE'S CHICKEN TETRAZZINI

 

 

 

 

 

Bake 1 ch i cken or u s e several chicken breast, boiled 3 c. c hic k en, chop pe d

1/2 c. pimento (4 oz. can)

1/2 c. green pepper, chopped

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

1 c. chicken broth or more

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 lb. Cheddar cheese, mild

8 oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked

 

 

Mix all in g redients except half of c h eese.   Cover wi t h foil.   Bake at 350 degrees f o r 45 minutes.   Remove foil and add remai n der of cheese and heat until melted.   This is great with a green s a lad and hot French b read.
