SWISS CHEESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE

 

 

 

 

 

4-6 chicken breasts

6 slices S wiss chee s e

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

1/4 c. milk

2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning

stuffing mix

1/4 c. margarine

 

 

Place ch i c k en in casserole l i ghtly greased.   Place cheese on top of ch i cken. Mix soup and milk; pour over ch i cken.   Co v er mixture up stuffing mix.

Drizzle butter over crumbs.   Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

1 (8 oz.) p k g. sour cream

8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

4-6 chicken breasts

3/4 c. chicken broth

Bread crumbs

Butter or margarine

1 bun c h f r esh brocc o li or lg. pk g . frozen

 

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.   Boil and de bone chicken.   Reserve 3/4 cup broth.   Pl a ce uncooked broccoli in b o ttom of 8 1/2 x 11 inch casserole dish. Top with chicken pieces.   In s m all m ixing bowl, stir together soup, sour

cream and chicken b r oth.   Pour over chic k e n.   Top w i th cheese.   Sprinkle with
