CHICKEN POT PIE

 

 

 

 

 

3 cans wh i te meat chicken, drained

1 can Veg - All, drained

1 can cre a m of potato soup

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

1/2 c. milk or 1/2 c. cooking sherry

Salt & pe p per

2 Pillsbury pie crusts

1 egg, for egg wash

 

 

Place 1 crust in bottom of 9 inch pie pan.   Use egg w ash on cr u st.   Mix chicken, Veg-All, so u p, milk or sherry, salt and pepper.   Place in crust.   Top with other crust; seal.   Use egg wash and then make s lits.   Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.   Do not put on cookie sheet.

1 chicken, boiled & boned

1 can cre a m chicken soup

1 1/2 c. ch i cken broth

1 c. flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 c. milk

1 stick oleo, melted

 

 

Combine chicken, soup and broth.   Place in 9 x 13 inch dish.   M a ke batter by combining remaining ingredients.   Pour over chicken mixture.   Bake at 425 degrees f o r 30 minutes.
