1 sm. onion, chopped

1/4 c. sliced ham, chopped

1 c. mozz a rella chee s e

Dales steak sauce

Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

 

 

Cover bottom of Pyrex dish (for oven) with Dales steak sauce.   Layer bottom

of dish with chicken (browning o ptional).   Sprinkle c h i cken wi t h onions, green peppers, salt, peppe r , garlic powder and ham.   Cover with Ragu sauce.   Co v er

and cook for 50 minutes in preheated o v en, 350 degree cooking temperature.

Remove cover and cover with cheese.   Remain cooking until cheese melt s , about 5 minutes.   Serve over spaghetti noodles and with French bread.   Yield

4 servings as a comp l ete meal.

6 chicken breasts

3 eggs, beaten & salted

Progresso bread crumbs

2 tbsp. melted butter

4 tbsp. cooking oil

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can c r eam of chicken

soup

1 c. chicken broth

8 oz. moz z arella cheese slices

 

 

Dip chicken pie c es in beaten e g gs, roll in bread crumbs and brown in oil and butter.   Place in casserole dish.   Combi n e soup and broth.   Pour over chic k en and bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.   Place slices of cheese

over chicken and bake 10 more min u tes uncovered.   Serve with rice.
