1/2 tsp. thyme

1/2 tsp. black pepper

2 (9") frozen pie crust, thawed

 

 

Combine first 6 ingredients.   S p oon into 1 pie crust.   Cover with other pie crust; crimp edges to seal.   Slit t o p crust.   Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.   Cool 10 minutes.

SOUR CREAM AND CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

 

 

 

 

 

6 boneless chicken breast

8 flour tortillas

8 oz. sour cream

1 jar pica n te sauce

2 c. Mon t erey Jack c h eese

 

 

Boil chicken breast.   Cut into slices.   Sim m er ch i cken in picante sauce. Lightly spread butter on flour tortillas.   Stuff to r tillas with chicken mixture.   Lay open side face down in cass e role dish.   Cut slices in top of tortillas.   Spread sour cream then cheese on top of tor t illas.   Bake at 350 degrees about 30

minutes until cheese is melted.
