place on grill over medium hot coals.   Place chic k en o n rack and cook 8

minutes on each side, basting frequently with reserved marinade.   Remaining

2 whole chicken breasts, s k inned, boned and halved

1/2 c. dry bread crumbs

1/3 c. parmesan cheese

2 tbsp. parsley, minced

1 tsp. salt

Dash pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

1 lemon

Dash papr i ka

1/2 c. butter or margarine



Blend cr u mbs, chee s e, parsley, salt and pepper.   Melt butt e r and add g ar lic. Pound chicken a bit i f necessary.   Dip chicken into g a rlic butter then crumbs. Coat thoroughly.   Roll chicken into light roll, secure with toothpick.   Place in baking dish.   Sq u e eze jui c e of l e mon o v er all.   Drizzle any remaining butter

over.   Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
