EASY CH I CKEN TE T RAZZINI

 

 

 

 

 

1/2 pkg. fine noodles

1 can mushroom soup

1/4 sm. can parmesan cheese

1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, d r ained

2 - 3 c. chicken, shredded

1/2 pt. sour cream

 

 

Boil noodles in salted water for 8 minutes.   Combine noo d les, so u p, cheese, mushrooms and chicken in a b o wl.   Stir i n sour cream.   Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.   Before serving, stir in

a bit more cheese.

2 c. chicken, cooked and diced

1 lb. mild p ork sausage

1 c. celery, thinly sliced

3 bun c hes green olives, sliced

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

(Canned ones can be used)

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

2 cans cream of mushroom so u p

2 cans cream of chicken soup

2 - 3 c. chicken broth

1/2 c. wild rice, unco o ked

1 c. long g r ain rice, uncooked

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (add to soup mixt u re)

1/3 c. port wine (add to soup mixture)
