dry ingredients.   Place skin side up in li g htly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.   Serves 6-8.

6 chicken breast or 1 whole chicken

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

10 oz. Vel v eeta chee s e

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 c. milk

1 bag Doritos

 

 

Boil chic ke n.   Deb o ne and chop up chi c ken.   Combine milk, Velveeta, soup a nd toma t oes; bring to a boil.   Add meat and s immer 5- 1 0 minutes, stirring often. Put layer of Doritos i n long casserole dish, then layer m e at mixture.   Add layer of chips, layer of meat mixture, ending with chips on top.   Bake at 350

degrees f o r 30 minutes.
