ITALIAN CHICKEN

 

 

 

 

 

1 frying chicken, cut up

2 tbsp. melted butter

Salt & pe p per

2 tbsp. dry Italian s alad dre s s i ng mix

1 can con d ensed mushroom so u p

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (cut into

cubes)

 

 

Wash chicken and pat dry.   Brush with b u tter.   Sprinkle wi t h salt and pepper. Place in sl o w cooker.   Sprinkle d ry sal a d m i x over.   Cover and cook on low for

5-6 hours.   About 3/4 hours before s e rving, mix so u p and cream chee s e. Cook until smooth.   Pour over chicken in pot.   Cover and cook 30 minutes on

low.
