2 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

1 pkg. ch ic ken noodle soup mix

4 tsp. parsley

1 bay leaf, crumbled

 

 

Boil first 5 ingredients and cook 20 min u tes or until chicken is tender.   Add the remaining ingredients and cook done but not mushy.

1 1/2 c. regular rice

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

1 can cre a m of chic k e n soup

1 can cre a m of ce l e r y soup

1 3/4 c. milk

1 cut up fryer

1 pkg. onion soup mix

 

 

Grease b o ttom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.   Add rice to make bottom layer. Combine s oups and milk.   H e at and pour over rice.   Lay chic k e n pieces on t op. Scatter onion soup mix over top.   Cov e r wi t h foil.   Bake in slow o ven (325

degrees) f or 2 hours.
