3/4 c. diced celery

2 tbsp. chopped onion

3 c. cubed cooked ch i cken

1 can (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained

1 tbsp. bu t ter or margarine

 

 

In a mixing bowl, c o mbine b r ead cubes and 1 cup c r acker crumbs.   Stir in broth, eggs, sal t , celery, onion, c h icken and mushro o m s.   Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole.           In a saucepan, melt butter, brown remaining cracker c r umbs.   Sp r inkle over casserole.   Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves

1 (8 oz.) bottle Kraft Creamy French

Dressing

1 pkg. Knorr's Onion Soup Mix

 

 

Mix ingre d ients together and pour over chicken.   B a ke at 350 degrees f o r 1

hour.   Se r ve with rice.
