2 c. water

Chic k e n p i eces, about 2 lbs.



Mix rice, s oups, wat e r and put in greased 13 x 9 pan.   Place c h i cken p i eces on top and cover with foil.   Bake a t 325 degrees for 90 minutes.   Remove f o il and let brown 15 to 20 minutes more.   Can be made the day before and ref.

1 1/3 c. M i nute Rice

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

1 1/2 c. bo i ling water

4 tbsp. melted butter

Sprinkle p epper and salt

4 pieces c h icken



Combine all ingredients in an oven p r oof d i sh.   Brush chicken w i th melted butter and sprinkle with salt and p e pper.   Arrange on top of c a sserole mixture.   Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes until chicken is done.   Can be fi x e d ahead of time, and then baked.
