8 slices h a m

1 can cre a m of chic k e n soup

1 can cre a m of ce l e r y soup

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

1/4 c. sherry cooking wine, opt.

 

 

Bone ch i c k e n, wrap in slice of ham.   Mix other ingredients together.   Place chicken in baking dish and pour other ing r edients over top.   B a ke about 2 hours at 325 degrees.   (Yum Yum!!)

4 chic k e n breast halves

1/4 c. flour

Salt and pepper

4 tbsp. margarine

1 1/2 c. orange juice

 

 

Coat each half b r east with seasoned flour.   Melt margarine in p an and sauté each side over medium heat un t il l i ghtly browned.   Add orange juice and cover.   Cook about 15 to 20 minutes m o re on reduced heat until done.

Serve over rice, if desired, with the sauce.   Serves 4.
