1 1/2 c. M i nute Rice, uncooked

1 chic k e n, cut up or p ieces

1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

1 can cre a m of mushroom soup

1 can cre a m of ce l e r y soup



Mix dry rice with mushroom and celery soup.   Rinse out cans with a little water and add to mi x .   Place chicken on top of rice mixture.   S p rinkle oni o n soup on chicken rice mixture.   Seal p a n completely with tin f o il.   Bake at 325

degrees f o r 1 hour.   Do not peek or uncover until done.

Chicken, with or without skin, bone or boneless

2 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. curry powder

1 clove garlic, minced

1 can onion soup

2 tbsp. fl o ur

1 1/2 c. of water

1/2 c. of ketchup

1 tbsp. honey

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce



In large skillet melt butter with curry powder and garlic.   Add chicken and brown.   Remove chic k e n.   Into d ripp i ngs, stir soup and flour together. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients.   Return ch ic ken to pan.   Cover and cook over low heat until chicken is don e .   About 1 hour.   Serve with rice o r noodles.
