Cut chicken into serving pieces.   Mix above ingredien t s thoroughly and cook until it boils.   Put chicken into boili n g sauce for about 15 minutes.   Remove pieces of chicken and broil until brown over charcoal or in oven.   Dip again

into sauce and broil other side, or just bake in over for about 35 minutes at

325 degrees.   1 gall o n of say sauce

3/4 c. (6 oz.) Mogen David con c ord white w i ne or equivalent

2 c. brown sugar

4 oz. garlic powder

4 tsp. ANI-NO-MOTO or Accent

 

 

Bring to a boil before cooking c hicken.   F o llow above instructions.

2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned

2 tomato e s , cut in pieces (1/2 inch)

1 green pe pper, cut i n pie c es (1/2

inch)

2 tbsp. oil

Mushrooms (optiona l )

 

 

--SAUCE:--

 

 

1/4 c. corn syrup

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1/2 c. water

1 tbsp. corn starch

1/4 tsp. g r ound ginger

Pinch garlic powder
