6 slices of Mozzarella cheese



Dip boneless, skinless chicken breast in bread crumbs and eggs.   In a large skillet, he a t olive oil, butter, garlic a n d melt bouillon cube.   Ma k e sure to p ut heat on l o w so oil doesn't burn.   When oil is hot, brown chicken on both sides

in oil, increase heat so chicken gets n i ce a nd brown o n both sides, lower heat and add chicken broth.   Simmer until hot.   Add Mozzarella cheese to top chicken.

2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into

1 (14 oz.) can whole tomatoes, pee l ed, undrained

1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushro o m s, drained

1 garlic cl o ve, minced

1 env. Lip t on Reci p e Secrets onion soup mix

Hot cooked noodles



In a 12 inch skillet, heat oil and brown the chic k en; d rain.   Stir in tomato e s , mushrooms and garl i c combined with soup mix.   Simmer covered for 45 minutes or until ch i c k en is tender.   Serve, i f desired, over hot noodles.
