1/2 c. sliced rad i shes

1 c. sliced water chestnuts

 

 

In a skillet, combine soup, pineapple, soy sauce and add remain i ng ingredients.   Simmer 10 minutes.   S t ir gently occasionally.   Serve with cooked rice and add i tional soy sauce.   Makes about 5 1/2 cups.

EASY CH I C KEN DISH

 

 

 

 

 

Chicken breasts, ski n ned

 

 

One layer in oblong dish.   Mix t o gether 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1

package Lipton onion soup.   Add 1/2 c u p of heavy cream.   Mix and spread over chicken.   Sprinkle with paprika.   Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Swiss or muenster cheese

1 can cre a m of chic k e n soup

1/2 can water

1 pkg. stuffing mix

Butter or margarine

 

 

Place ch i c k e n cut l ets or portions of c h icken breasts in pan.   Place layer of Swiss or muenster cheese on top.   Add 1 can of cre a m of chic k e n soup, diluted with 1/2 can of water.   Pour over the chicken and cheese.   Put dry
