1 fryer or chicken breast (stewed)

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix

1 c. chicken broth

1 c. milk

 

 

Remove skin and bone from stewed chic ke n.   Place in bottom of 13"x9" baking dish.   Cover w ith chic ke n soup.   P r epare dressing as directed on package.   P lace over c h icken in d ish, pour broth and milk over the top.   Ba k e

400 degrees about 25 minutes.

CHICKEN BENGALI

 

 

 

 

 

1 tbsp. margarine

1 1/2 tsp. flour

1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. powder mustard

1/2 tsp. curry powder

1 1/2 lbs. chicken th i ghs, skinned

 

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.   In small saucepan he a t margari n e over medium heat until bubbly and hot.   Add remaining ingredients except chicken until mixture is smooth.   Put in 9"x9" baking dish sprayed with Pam.   Arrange chicken in single layers.   Bake until chic ke n is brown, baste with jui c e e v ery

20 minutes.   Weight Watchers.
